Refund policy

We make every effort that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order for store credit only. Some exclusions apply.

Please contact us before returning the item(s) by calling the store 504.895.2870 or emailing betty@bettyhunley. Please have your order number handy or include it in the subject of the email.

NO refunds: on door hangers, custom, or personalized items. No refunds on shipping.

We strive to keep the inventory up to date on our website. If a product you purchased is no longer available, we will contact you immediately. If we can order the item for you we will let you know the lead time as soon as possible. If you need the item before we can receive it or if we can no longer order the item, you will be refunded the full amount of your order including shipping. The refunded shipping does not apply to orders with multiple items in which other items are available to ship within our shipping timeframe. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
